"Step aside, everyone. Let the REAL star handle this!" (Tom's Opinion on CCB Theme Songs)

While I respect Zanney's opinion, you have yet to grasp the history behind the anime convention scene in the NorCal area. My entry goes back those early cons, when series like Dirty Pair, Bubblegum Crisis, and Ranma 1/2 were all the rage. Forget Bleach, Naruto and InuYasha...WHO ARE THEY?!

As one of the last lines of the song goes, "Atarashii rekishi wo kizamu..."...meaning "Engraving a new history". A history of anime cons in California, and America.

  1. Conventions are happening every weekend it seems... Looks like I may be too late for an Anime LA Press pass....

  2. ALA doesn't do press badges, although you can get a ribbon that indicates that you're from press.
