Nate Reports: 2019 Summer of Conventions: Part 1- Fanimecon

Part 1: Fanime 2019

It’s that time of year again: The beginning of summer where everyone will be enjoying their time off of school to be engaging with their summer plans. For anime fans like us, what comes to mind is the convention season and Fanimecon would be the one to begin it all. For 10 straight years, I’ve attended Fanime and almost every year, I’ve always left the con feeling impressed. So what will my 10th year at Fanime bring me to celebrate this occassion?

Tally's Report: Anime Los Angeles 2019

Hello, readers.

It is that time, once again, where con season begins. And, for most con goers, myself included, Anime Los Angeles (now located in Ontario, California) is a go to for the beginning of the year convention. Family friendly and a good convention to attend for first time con goers. Every year, the dates for this convention change. This year, the convention fell on the dates, January 10-13th.

First, before I get into this, I sincerely apologize for the late entry. My current job has kept me preoccupied, as I type this, I am preparing cosplays for Fanime in May. So, again, I do apologize for such a late entry. It was never my intention to write this review out later than usual.

Matthew's FanimeCon 2018 Report: Part 6 - Day Four & Epilogue

Ray reports: Fanime 2018

I've been attending Fanime every year since 2006, so at this point I'm pretty much "worn in" to the experience and you can get a good idea of what it's like from my Fanime reports of previous years.

That said, like other conventions it's always changing with every year; a lot of neat things come and go, so I'll focus primarily on what makes this year different from past years.
